The straight fretboard is made of paulownia wood. It is made from a series of processes, such as cutting logs into plates, drying, making square strips, blanking, material selection, finger jointing, splicing, and subsequent processing. It has a certain width, thickness and length. It is a widely used substrate in the construction, furniture and decoration industries. This kind of wood has the characteristics of high strength, which is 1.5 times that of natural solid wood, and it has good fire resistance and high thermal insulation performance.
The specific production process
(1) The straight fretboards are cut into boards by sports car band saws, main small band saws, etc.
(2) drying of paulownia board
It is mainly through fumigation that the moisture in the wood is baked out.
(3) Plate processing:
After the board is dried, it is planed by double-sided planing or flat planing and pressing planing. Plane on both sides, then cut the planed board into strips with a multi-blade saw.
(4) Material selection and material cutting:
The cut wood strips are screened, and the wood strips with no shortage of wood, no blue stain, no oil line, no cracking, and no scarring are selected to be cut into lengths below 200-700 mm.
(5) Finger joint:
The formed wooden strips are sparsely toothed and joined into strips with adhesive.
(6) Plane four sides:
Plane the connected wood strips into neat squares after four-sided planing.
(7) Puzzle:
Press the standard square strips into the required sheets through a press.
(8) Planing and sanding:
The pressed board is planed and sanded to the required thickness.
(9) Repair, finishing and packaging.
